Eva Woodward, PhD, is a clinical health psychologist. She is a clinician researcher actively engaged in scholarship on how implementation science can improve health and healthcare equity across multiple health conditions for vulnerable populations, such as racial minority, sexual and gender minority (LGBTQ), and low-income individuals. Her research applies frameworks and methods at the intersection of health equity and implementation science to implement health psychology interventions or interventions in primary care settings. Dr. Woodward is a research investigator and clinical psychologist with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in Little Rock, Arkansas. At the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, she is also an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry, and Affiliated Faculty in the Center for Implementation Research.
